Yassmine the receptionist was absolutely amazing. She was courteous and went above and beyond in helping me finding my iPhone. She helped me search my car with her portable torch. She came up in my room and used her phone to locate my iPhone. With her help, I found my iPhone which was a big relief. She exhibited her customer care skills by offering a VIP service during this stressful time.
The staff is extremely helpful and pleasant any time of the day. Specially Yasmine and Asma at the reception and Ashraf at the restaurant. The hotel is in perfect location, rooms are spacious and modern.

Like the stuff they were nice
The staff were the best. The receptionist doing afternoon shift and the guy responsible for the restaurant were very kind, helpful and listen to customers needs. Breakfast was great and had many varieties you can choose from.

Breakfast was decent. Front desk staff were helpful and we were able to get into our room early. Large windows that open (although it was listed as a terrace)
